Raveendrakumar D.

With B.A. and M.A. in Economics from the University of Kerala, he had his M.Phil. in 1997 from the Cochin University of Science and Technology. He had taught at the Department of Applied Economics of the Cochin University handling classes in Economics and ‘Quantitative Techniques and Statistics’. Earlier he had worked as Research Assistant at the Rajagiri School of Management for the UNICEF sponsored project titled ‘Evaluation of Participation of Hospitals in Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative Programme in Kerala’. Presently, his research interest is ‘the Role of MATSYAFED in the Development of Small Scale and Fishermen’s Welfare’ on which he is doing his Ph.D.
