Mr. Hari S. Nayar

He completed his LL.B. in 1998 securing the First Rank from the University of Kerala. He had also secured the First Rank in the Bachelor of Academic Laws Examinations in 1996 from the same University. He did his LL.M. in International Law and Human Rights from the Kerala Law Academy Law College, Trivandrum and stood Second in the LL.M. Examinations. He practised at the Trial level for almost six years before moving on to the High Court. He was also a Guest Faculty of the Kerala Law Academy Law College for more than five years. His areas of interest include the effect of development of International Law on Municipal Law and vice versa, especially Human Rights Law and Environmental Law. He is a member of the Faculty of NUALS since 2003.
