Courses indicated as ‘Elective courses’ in the above scheme are those which have been regularly offered in the University. The University, however, reserves the right to offer any one or more of the above mentioned elective courses or any course not mentioned in the above scheme in one or more semesters. The subject areas which have been identified for the purpose of offering such additional elective courses, subject to the availability of the faculty, include Energy Law, Securities Law and Regulation of Indian Capital Market, International Economic Law, International Trade Law, Law relating to Women and Children, Mining Law, Law and Medicine, Criminology and Penology, Economic Offences and Terrorism.
